Process description:

First bath, sand bath with adjustable temperature up to 750 °C

To heat up the aluminium parts, combustion of resins and greases, with sand blasting effect

Second bath, cooling bath

With cold air to cool down the heated aluminium parts to room temperature, with sand blasting effect

Third bath, with adjustable temperature from 0 °C up to 750 °C

Tempering the aluminium parts and with sand blasting effect

The fully automatic overhead crane loads and discharges the sand basins

The detention time in each sand basin is programmable
